Lunaya. Over an hour had passed since we left the last area, we hadn’t come across a single wolf. But the signs of them were around. The traps and tricks designed to guide travellers into moving away were becoming more frequent. Though every few hundred meters we got closer, an ominous feeling in the woods began to rise. We hadn’t come across any patrols. Plus, it was too quiet. Even the sounds of nature seemed to be silenced. This is not the kind of atmosphere one would expect this close to a supposed pack. The silence can’t even be blamed on the natural food-chain. Though Weres are at the top of the list in the forest, animals still tend to keep close to where we gather.
