CHAPTER 11 MAKING CONNECTION

KASSY'S POV

I walked back from the Harem, Cilla and I deep in conversation, she was excited and somewhat relieved. Cilla knew that now she had been marked and mated with Wade, if he was unfaithful to her she would now feel the pain that occurs when the mate bond is betrayed, she was not sure she had the strength to withstand it she had admitted to me. 

I smiled at her promising that I would do my best to help make Wade keep it in his pants, Cilla giggled and once again hugged me as we parted ways when we arrived back at the main palace entry.

I sighed knowing the next part was going to be difficult, I was not sure how Wade was going to react but I would deal with him swiftly should he protest too much, the thought of getting to hurt him a little brought a smile to my face.

I was brought out of my thoughts as I slammed into a hard chest, I looked up, Wade was looking down at me with a smirk. 

"What's got you so absent minded, my little mate" he said as I rubbed my forehead to ease the slight pain of banging into him.

 "You" I said with a smirk of my own. Wade c****d his eyebrow at me

 "Me, well I can only assume your thoughts were not of a loving nature" he said now chuckling. 

"You would be right" I replied chuckling with him.

Wade sighed, I looked at him and for the first time ever I felt comfortable with him and not conflicted.

 "So, your highness we need to talk, or rather I'll talk you listen" I said looking at him. Wade took my hand and led me to his room. His room was exactly as I expected, lavish and filled with luxury items. I sat on the couch near his window, he took a seat opposite me looking at me expectantly. I breathed in and began 

"I am not going to beat around the bush, I have taken the role as your Royal adviser to hide the fact that I am your mate and with that said, I have taken it upon my self to close down the Harem" I looked at him allowing him time to respond.

 "You have saved me a Job then, I know you think me to be a heartless man w***e, but I do love Cilla and know that now we have mated and marked each other, I would need to be faithful, I could not forgive myself if I hurt her like that" he replied shocking me.

"Dam, s**t, F U C K" I replied with a cheeky smile, Wade looked at me confused I could not help but laugh 

"I was hoping you would protest a little so I could rough you up a bit, you always spoil my fun" I Joked. 

"I am sorry to disappoint you little mate, but I can think of far more pleasurable ways you could rough me up" he said with a s**t eating grin crossing his handsome face. 

"Hold up, Don Juan don't get it twisted, you are such a big p*****t and to quote MC Hammer 'You Can't touch this' " I replied pushing his face away with the palm of my hand. Wade was now full on laughing at me 

"I am only a big p*****t when it comes to my mates" he replied through his laughter inching closer to me.

"Need I remind you, your 'Royal Pevertness' your flirtatious fuckery has no effect on me" I replied smiling innocently. 

"Kassy, Pervertness is not a word and flirtatious fuckery, what the hell does that even mean" Wade replied through his laughter he even wiped tears from the corners of his eyes, he was laughing so much.

I smiled at him, 

"You irritate me to no end, I am forced to create labels and names for you as the ones that are available, just don't cut it" I replied shrugging my shoulders.

"Okay, okay I get it" he said trying hard to bring his laughter under control. 

"Kassy, we need to discuss our situation" he continued now with a look on his face that looked like guilt.

"Wade, Wade, Wade, I have that sorted as well, I swear you are hopeless, Cilla and I are going to be great friends, we have spoken and she is an amazing she wolf, although her taste in mates is somewhat to be desired" I replied with a smile.

"You really are something else Kass, I know I have created a mess and I find myself indebted to you for cleaning it up, I can only hope one day you can forgive me, for everything" Wade replied looking down.

"Look, You are a doosh a very hot doosh, and irresponsible but us being mated is not your fault, we are destined mates, neither of us being able to reject the bond, you because of your Royal heritage and me because I have complete faith in Selene and an oath my family has made to always trust in her choices for us, 

Wade I sincerely understand you could not help falling in love with Cilla and as a Royal you can have a chosen mate as well as true mates, granted chosen mates are suppose to happen after you mated and marked your true mate or mates, that's probably where you f****d up  , you do not require my forgiveness, I do not nor have I ever blamed you for this situation, we just have to make it work and try not to inflict to much damage on each other" I explained.

Wade grabbed me and hugged me tightly, I felt the relief washing over him.

"Kass, just so you know, I am aware of the gift the Moon Goddess has given me in you, I have no idea why she thinks I was deserving of you, the truth is I know I am not, and it was eating me with guilt that I could not give you the desired freedom you wanted from me, I also did not want to give you up, I want you Kass, I truly do, but I will respect the boundaries you have set, having you as a friend in my life is better than not having you at all" Wade whispered in my ear still hugging me tightly reluctant to let go.

"Okay big boy enough of the Sappy s**t, Let's go find Cilla and get out of the Palace and find some where to eat and chill out, all this adulting is starting to creep me out" I replied making him let me go.

"I mind linked Cilla she is on her way here and seems very excited" he said chuckling 

I stood up and walked to the door, I opened it and in walked Cilla, I looked at her as she shyly smiled when she saw Wade, I rolled my eyes at her, this girl had it bad. Cilla playfully slapped my shoulder

 "Kassy stop" she said now blushing. "I just don't get it Cilla" I whispered joking with her looking between her and Wade. She began to giggle. 

"Actually Cilla now you are here, and before we go, I have something to tell you" I said I knew it was time to tell her about my heritage, after all we would be spending a lot of time together. Wade looked at me and smiled he knew I was going to reveal myself to her.

"Cilla sit down please, I am sure you will thank me later making you sit down" I said with a grin looking at Wade.

"To make this as simple as possible, My mother is a hybrid but not an ordinary hybrid, She is 'the Royal witch of all witches' and 'The Alpha of all Alpha's' combined that with my fathers D.N.A my genetic make up is just as strong as hers or will be in time, what this means is I can control all the elements including blood, however my siblings and I have worked out even though we are strong in all element casting we each have a special bond to one, Mine in water, My little sisters is Fire.

My wolf is Alpha, so are my siblings, the only ones who can command our wolves are my parents, My mother has five Mates, and when she and they marked and mated the bond strengthened their wolves making all my fathers of equal power, My mum though, is still stronger but she doesn't flaunt it" I said giggling

"Any way Cilla, We as her children have been kept a secret, other packs know she has children or a child, what they don't know is how many or our s*x, my pack and those who join automatically come under a spell which does not allow them or even be compelled to divulge any knowledge of us, many have tried and have unfortunately met with a rather nasty end, so with that I must do this" 

I lifted my arms and twirled them chanting binding Cilla to our secret, When I was done she automatically dropped to her knees, swearing an oath to keep the secret, not that she had a choice now.

"All this connecting has made me hungry, lets go and eat" I said nonchalantly not even giving Cilla time to digest all of that, she could ask questions over our meal.
