Justin's POV:
My sisters are in awe of Astrid. I don't know what happened yesterday but they couldn't stop or gushing about her. I don't understand, what is that with her? I am very frustrated. The dreams about a violet-eyed beauty who is similar to ash. Ash, I gave her a nickname as well. I feel like pulling my hair. Being neglected by my own twin also did not help with my bad mood. I seriously want to do something about it. I want to show her that she never belongs to me or to us, for that matter. Then I just saw astrid coming out of her class. And I did the most unthinkable thing ever. I just grabbed Cassandra and started a make-out session with her. Since she always waited for this opportunity, Cassandra continued eagerly. Even though I initialized it, I couldn't continue it. I started moving away but it was too late. I saw the most hurtful expression on ash, as she never expressed herself often. It pained me beyond words. No amount of speech can define the pain in my heart. That's when I realize I am searching for something when I have the most precious person in the world is in front of me. That's when I realized I would go to hell and back for Astrid. From this moment onwards, I swore to myself, I would never take her for granted. It's too late but I will do anything to win her.
Jeff's POV:
I knew then and there, my brother finally realized what astrid is mean to us, how important she is for us. Now, he understood that she is our soulmate, she created for us, ONLY FOR US. Maybe, this is the push he needed. He himself created this opportunity. I don't know how he will, no, how we will win her though. After seeing her expression, I know how hurtful it was. She might be confused since we did not any thing between us. But we know since she is connected with us, she is hurting so much without knowing the reason. I hope we will remove the pain she is facing and give her all the happiness in the world.
"You do realize it right?" I asked my brother and he finally nodded. He moved away from that b***h who is still clinging to my brother's side and he nodded.
I mind-linked him and said, "You need to break-up with cassandra, this is the 1st step we should take to win Astrid"
He gave me a small smile which can easily be missed and replied, "Finally". I was shocked tbeyond words. If I say that he was relieved that would be an understatement. I can feel glee radiating from him. And I am relieved as f**k. I saw determination in his eyes, infact I am sure my eyes reflects the same.
"Can we talk?" He asked cassandra. I am sure she noticed some interaction. But acted like dumb anyways. They both excused themselves and I searched for my beloved mate.
I found her in cafeteria talking with my little sisters. They are explaining how they are gonna pass maths test with flying colors without me or Justin's help. I liked the bond between those three. I really hope my mate did not bear any hard feelings. I know she is hurting, her face lacks any kind of hurt but I know she masked it well. Our mate bond is getting stronger day by day. I am really hoping from now on there will be no obstacles. I am really want to talk with her. So my foot automatically started moving towards her. Sensing my arrival, she turned her head towards me. Her eyes widened seeing me and glared at me as if I did not something wrong. It excited me but I abruptly stopped when I saw sophie approaching my mate.
Astrid POV:
I got confused why he stopped approaching me, then I realised sophie is coming towards me. I thought she is going to talk about cassandra to give me warning of some sorts. But the look she is giving and my instinct telling me that it was different. I blanky stared at her. Even Esme and Nicole staring at her and becoming restless what is going to happen.
"Hi, I am Sophie and you are Astrid right" I slowly nodded.
"I am sorry for not stopping the bullying and not to connect with you earlier. I am really sorry. Can you please forgive me?" she continued. I know she is just being honest. I replied, "Of course, I am not holding anything against you." I gave her my reply honestly.
She smiled so brightly, "Can we be friends?" I was shocked would be an understatement. No words came out of my mouth. She noticed my so many emotions and continued, "I know I need to earn your trust that I would be loyal because of our past interactions, I will give prove myself. Can you give me a chance" She pledged
I looked at the other two girls standing beside me and they nodded. They knew her so may be she is good. I know I should not trust anyone and I will not, but my thought was why the heck not, I will give her a chance.
By looking into her eyes, I am hoping that we will be become good friends, I said okay. She literally screamed and we all flinched. I think she is very hyperactive.
"What happened to the friendship with that b***h?" Nicole asked her.
"I ended it. I couldn't tolerate her immature behaviour." She sighed
Suddenly Esme screamed and said "we all are going to be lifelong friends."
I still doubt it and I really hope it would end that way. LIFELONG. I like that word.
