Chapter 11

        Meanwhile, a group of people gathered around a witch. She is sitting in front of the fire and concentrating, mumbling something. It was so calm as she was doing meditation but she is not. She is seeking some answers from fire. No one uttered a word, afraid to face her wrath. She is the most powerful witch. A gush of fire suddenly made its way and burn some of the people arms. It was a warning of fire to not dwell into further.

        She opened her eyes and it seeks bloodshed. Suddenly, a man with red eyes snaked his arm around her waist. "Did you find any answers." 

        "No, it was as if she not even existed. I guess she is not awekened yet. Even the fire is not happy with our intervention"

        "Don't worry, she will not be able to escape from us this time. Her soul belongs to us. She will behave the way we wanted this time. You continue to do your thing, I am gonna search for her in the heaven and hell."He said.

        "We have to make sure she belongs to us. Else, it will be the end of us."She sounded frustratedly and almost afraid as well.

        "Will you forget me after you mate with her?"She sounded so insecure, but can't help with it.

        He laughed and answered, "No, she is just my toy and slave. You will be my queen." He promised.

        But he has other plans with the witch. He knows the girl who he is waiting is the most beautiful, powerful one and he wants her to be the queen. He does not want any random witch to be his queen. He wants to play his part, since the witch is helping him to find her.

        In the middle of forest somewhere, which is so thick that not even any species can enter. But a group of people somehow gathered in that place, so that no one can hear them. 

        "They are searching high and low. I don't know how long we can keep this up. The powers need to be awakened and they need to prepare for the coming war, we cannot loose to afford this time." The main person of the group said.

        Everyone nodded but the other most important person in the group frowned and lost in his thoughts. The other people understood his sadness. His daughter is the most effected one in this war. As well as the important one. How he wish that he can hide his daughter safe and secure.

        "You know even my children will be as affected as yours. We just need to hope for a bright and happy ending."

        "You don't understand, if we lose and my daughter caught by their hands, I cannot even imagine the consequences. They don't know half of their powers. If they know she is the key to some of the things, they even get her killed." He almost cried at the thought. He loves his baby girl to the death. Till now he did not even even consider to want other children. He wanted to give his undivided love to his precious daughter. Her wife's pregnancy is accidental.

        "I know. Did you give any clue to her atleast. We should get her prepared for this, mentally and physically." "No, not yet, I don't want to see the look of betrayal in her eyes. Did your children speak about anything." 

        "No, I leave them to be dealt on their own, so that their bond will get stronger. Let's do everything else by our hands. The time will arrive soon. Everyone agreed. The wives cried silently afraid of their children future.

Astrid's Pov:

        The days are passing like blur. The blue eyed and grey eyed gods invaded my dreams completely. Even though I talk with them hardly, it's like I know or understand them somewhat. Does it make sense? No, right. But these are the thoughts invaded my mind space completely. I told Chris everything that has happening including the gods, class, school, the queen-bee's. There is nothing I can hide from him. He laughed so hardly and showed immense concern at the same time because of my situation. There are constant pranks and insults about my way of dressing and looks.

        Sometimes, if grey eyed was there, I know they has names but I love their eyes and I don't want to call them by names, we are not on friendly terms, he defend me sometimes, but I don't want that. I can be on my own. Esme and Nicole are sweethearts. I sort of became friends with them. They are nothing like their brothers which I liked about them. Even though they are so rich, unlike some people they are kind. In some ways, they are like me which is why we clicked I guess.

        When it was lunch time in the school, Nicole was looking like she is about to cry, while Esme pulling her hair angrily. What happened to these, I never saw them like this.

        "Hey girls, what's up?" I greeted. They just smiled, which is very unlike them. They are chatterboxes.

        "What happened?" I asked. They both took deep breaths and replied at the same time. 

        "We suck at maths, there is a test and we don't know what to do. If we do not pass, the professor informs our parents which is not a good one."

        "Are you sure, you are not twin sisters? " I asked 

        They finally smiled and said, again at the same time, "No, But we are sisters."

        I nodded and asked, "I know, but why you guys are like this, I am sure your brothers will help you on this. They will teach you."

        "No, they will teach us, but constantly threaten or tease us. We should do that, not the other way around." Esme said while Nicoe nodded.

        They are good girls but a little bit spoiled like me. I know how our family will spoil us. I smiled at the thought.

        "What are you smiling at?"Nicole asked.

        "Nothing, I can help you guys, if you want that is. I am pretty good at maths." I really wanted to help them. It is the least I can do for their friendship.

        They faces instantly lighted up like a christmas tree and hugged me like a valcano.

        "Thank you, Thank you." They both sang at the same time. I laughed with them. They are so easy to go with.

        "Ok, we can go our home, you can teach us there."Esme suggested.

        I sighed and said, "No offense, but I don't want to be at your home. I am kind of uncomfortable." 

        Because of their brothers. But I did not say that loud.

        They exchanged glances, finally Nicole cleared her throat and asked me, "Will you teach me at home. No one will disturb us there. My parents are on our trip as well. Only servants will be there."

        I liked that idea, I can take them to my home but I don't want reveal my cover.

        "Okay, give me your address I will meet you there after school."

        Nicole gave me the address, and we finished our lunch, went to our respective classes.

        Later, that evening I went to Nicole's home, their guard gave me the permission, telling me both girls are expecting me. Maid invited me and she bought me to the Nicole's room. She said I can go inside as they were already expecting me.

        I opened the door and a bucket of yellow colored water made my way, drenching me completely. I was quick enough to close my eyes, else I have to remove my contacts before them.

        Esme came running behind me and Nicole started apologising, saying that it was for Esme and I was the unlucky one. The girls looked totally terrified and afraid of my reaction. But some how, I was not angry and smiled towards them and said that it was okay but need to freshen up.

        They both told me I can freshen up there and can wear Nicole's or Esme's clothes, and went outside to give me privacy.

        I went to the bathroom, it was huge and almost like mine except there are more and more feminine products. I removed my contacts, showered and removed all the dirt and yellow color as well. I wrapped a towel around myself and went outside the bathroom to wear some clothes. The door suddenly opened and Nicole freezed,"Ash, I forget to give you this....". Her mouth was formed an 'O' and shell shocked. 

        I don't know what to do, I was completely exposed, now they know my identity.

        Esme came bursting through the door, shouting "what taking you so long?" She saw Nicole and turned towards me, and guess what she too freezed in her position, both are looking like shocked to the hell.
