Loki was howling and going crazy in the back of his mind. “Mate claimed us! Do it, claim our mate!”
When Jackson hesitated, Loki took the opportunity to take control. Without waiting for Caroline to release his neck, he drew back and sank his teeth into her neck. They were so enthralled with what they were doing that they did not notice when everyone else left the car and closed the doors to give them a hint of privacy.
Caroline pulled back suddenly, eyes wide as she realized she had marked Jackson. It was clear that he was not upset, and she could see from his eyes that it was Loki that was with her at the moment. Before she could speak, Jackson pulled her back into her arms, kissing her lips. They were both panting by the time they broke apart.
