Kace turned off the TV and threw the remote, hitting a glass cup off the table, where it shattered to the floor. Every news and sports channel was plaguing the TV with pictures of Golden Boy and Niki at the baseball game together. Several even showed footage of Golden Boy dipping her and kissing her.
News anchors went on about the much-anticipated wedding of the person who used to be the most eligible bachelor. People speculated who this Niki Ridley girl really was and wondered how she snatched this soon-to-be CEO.
He laid down on the couch covering his eyes, feeling the anger and the jealousy. How badly he wanted to be able to go out with Niki. How many times did he want to take her to the movies, out to a restaurant, or even just a walk-through downtown?
