We sat down at one of the tables with a menu in front of us. A waitress came up to our table and started taking our order. 'Umm....can i have apple pancakes with bacon please?' I asked her. She wrote the names down then looked back at me and smiled. 'And you sir? She asked Kevin. Kevin thought for a minute before asking her, 'Can we have blueberry pancakes please?'
