VIKTOR I was seated opposite Armando, there because I had been trying to win his favor for a while now and nothing seemed to be working, but finally, I had a good idea. Something that’s sure to catch his attention. Armando’s voice rolled through the office like a storm. Even through the muted static of the phone’s speaker, I could hear the raw and sharp anger.
