Chapter Six – Compliance
Madam Khe did not ring for Miko to take Kathy back until the next morning. Mi Jong had made a substantial breakfast for her and had put a sedative in the tea that gave Kathy ten hours of dreamless sleep. She did not wake up until six in the evening. Immediately she felt between her legs and was disappointed to find that the cap was still there. It was several moments before she realized that she was to be taken again to the punishment room to appear before the vengeful Abul. She tried to push the cold fear out of her heart but could not.
