I can’t stand the sight of them, I thought to myself as I looked away from Nova and the Alpha King’s brother. They were all over each other, and it was making me uncomfortable. I knew they were mates, but did they have to be so obvious about it?
Just as I was about to let out a sigh of frustration, I heard footsteps approaching me. I turned my head and saw my mate, Damian, making his way towards me. His presence alone was enough to make me feel a little better.
“Hey,” he said with a smile.
“Hey,” I replied, trying to keep the irritation out of my voice.
Damian sensed my frustration and asked, “What’s wrong? You look like you have eaten bad food.”
I glared at him. “Shut up. I’m just a little annoyed with the PDA, that’s all,” I said, gesturing towards Nova and D
