“Where do you like the story to begin?” Nova asked me, her voice brimming with excitement and anticipation.
“During the last war,” I suggested, feeling some sort of connection there.
“All right, I’ll get started,” she said as she sat up straight and turned to face me.
She told me about the history of the Crimson Pack. As she spoke, I could feel my understanding of the pack and its members deepening, and I knew that I was one step closer to uncovering the truth about my past.
