“I don’t understand why you’re upset about it. Is it a big deal?”

He didn’t respond and mumbled something incomprehensible under his breath.
I let out a loud sigh. “Fine, it’s important to you. But it’s not worth sulking over like a child.”
I was unable to suppress a laugh as I witnessed the others he was with nervous because they assumed he was angry. Little did they know that their Alpha King wasn’t paying attention in their conference, but was instead flirting and acting like a child again.
