I moved with grace and fluidity, my instincts taking over as I dodged his blows. I knew he was aware that I had trusted him with my life, but that trust had now been shattered, replaced by anger and betrayal.
As he lunged for me, I ducked low, my strong legs propelling me forward as I aimed a punch at his gut. He grunted in pain, but he was quick to recover, returning with a fierce swing that I couldn’t avoid.
His body slammed into mine with such force that we both slumped to the ground. The air was knocked out of me, but I barely registered the pain. I was focused on finishing this fight, on showing this traitor that I wasn’t to be underestimated.
He doubled over with a grunt, and I followed up with a fierce uppercut that sent him staggering back. I could see the shock on his face, and
