We were now living in Alaska near our cousins. Me, Edward and Alice were still in high school and even they were about to leave, which left me alone going to school every morning....and I can't even complain about waking up early because.....I don't sleep. Right now I was sitting bored on my bed. I jumped up having an idea.
“Jazz do you wanna go hunt?” I asked walking into his study without knocking. He hates it when I don’t knock but he wont do anything about it because besides Alice I'm his favourite.
“In a minute, let me just finish this.” he sighed not looking up from his book.
“KK” I replied.
“Speak properly Elizabeth.” he chided.
“But why? Your not the boss of me,” I teased.
“No but I know who is...” he replied winking at me.
“You wouldn’t?” I gasped.
“I would........CARLISE, ESME! ELIZABETH IS USING SLANG AGAIN!” Jasper shouted winking at me.
“You didn’t!” I placed a hand where my heart was in shock.
“ELIZABETH USE THE VOCABULARRY YOU WERE BROUGHT UP TO USE!” Mum shouted up.
“YES MUM!.....Your gonna pay!” He opened his mouth to shout I was still using slang but I jumped on him. I knew he could beat me and so did he...but he wouldn’t.
“I give up Lizz” he said.
“Good now say sorry.” I stated.
“Sorry.” he chuckled.
“Now come hunting with me.” he nodded and we jumped out of the window.
Our hunt turned into a competition like normal. I won after catching a bear and three deer, he only caught 2 deer and a mountain lion. We were soon running back home.
When we got back we walked into the living room to see everyone sitting down doing their things, Alice was online shopping, Edward was playing the piano, Rosalie was reading fashion magazines, Emmett was playing video games with Jasper who had just went to join in, and mum and dad were reading books.
I looked around and smiled. I had everyone I ever needed right here. My family. What could ever go wrong?
