A MONSTER IN ME

The Vision

Andrew opened his eyes while trying to crawl out of a big hole ,he could hear himself slowly breathing and his ears ringing ,then the screams of other people encounter the sound of his breathe .A woman run, yank him out of the hole and dragged him a safe shelter."What happened ?," She asked hastily as soon as they entered the shelter ."What ?," Andrew confusedly asked back ."You mean ,you didn't see the blast that thing let out .What the f**k is going on here ?" The woman quickly walked to him and pushed him down ."Remember ?," She whispered as Andrew land on the ground .

With a gasp Andrew woke up on a hospital bed and started to wonder what was happening ,Tom on his right side sleeping on a chair .He laid back on the bed and sigh as he closed his eyes waking Tom up ."You are up ,how are you feeling ? ," Andrew with ignorance he just looked at him and sigh again .Tom felt stupid ,he slowly slide out a magazine under his hips on the chair and destructed himself from thinking about it.

A room of beeping and flapping of paper pages it became ,the two said no word to each for about five minutes .Andrew sat on the bed and slipped in Tom's sandals ."I can't do this , " He spoke inaudibly as he stood up and change in his white shirt. Tom darted closer to him like a lawyer asking a mysterious question ."What are you doing ? ,you are not fine man you need to stay ."

"I haven't been fine half my life Tom , " Andrew flung a jacket in a bag ."So stop thinking that I will be. "

"Stop doing this man ," Tom pulled the bag from Andrew's hand ,with anger, Andrew in a flash he punched Tom on his nose leaveing him tottering back with a nose bleed .

"I told you to stop," Andrew said with pride.

"f**k you Andrew ," Tom spit blood on the floor .

He sprang to him with an angry fist and landed on Andrew's cheek making his face shake like a bag of water .A flying kick had only meet his face as he tried to realize what was happening .

"Ever been in Japan Andrew ? " Tom walked walked to him and locked his hands ." We call that karate !"

The nurse came in and tried to stop the fight ,but Tom was glued on Andrew's making the floor the witness of the scene .The nurse calmed Tom down. and he eventually released Andrew ."You should leave sir or I'm calling security , " She pushed Tom away from Andrew as he stood up .In the midst of their argument everything became dark ,then a mist pushed Andrew closer to wall ,he cover his face as was about to hit it then realized he was standing in a cabin .

He wandered around that old ,dusted and dark cabin with no where to go for hours , then he heard a squeak but he ignored it by saying it was nothing.Andrew heard it again and this time he followed it to the bathroom , a person in a black tattered robe was outside , he quickly acted and followed her down the woods to river .

She was standing right beside the river flows facing down , she cried for help weakly ." help.Help . " She turned weakly and difficulty and faced Andrew , still calling for help . From a distant Andrew heard someone calling his name then it got louder and everything snapped back to normal and he was still in hospital room , Tom standing in front of him , shaking him . " He needs real help ." The nurse said with an assuring face .

Everyone was silent in car , it was in the afternoon and hunger stroke in Andrew's stomach ." Great , how I'm I going to ask for food now ? " Tom realized than Andrew was hungry since he didn't have anything the previous night until the following day's afternoon ." Want grab something man ? "

" Sure, " He unwillingly agreed but deep down happy about the idea .

" Slow down man , why are you eating like that we are not on a war , " Tom asked after watching the battle between man and cheeseburger . Three cheeseburgers shoved in Andrew's mouth but still he was asking for more . " Okay , I think that's enough , let's bounce , " Tom pulled him out of his sit .

" Just let me get a soda , " Andrew pulled his hand free from Tom and run back inside the cafe .

Tom took long asking about what happened back at the hospital . " I told you I don't know where I was . I was in an old cabin , then back I hospital again .I literally have explained.....… everything , " Andrew jammed and was distracted by the woods they were passing by . " Wait, I know this place .I have seen before ." Tom stopped the car and they entered the woods and went deep in it .

" We should go back And , it's getting late and there is nothing here , " Tom suggested after spending hours in the woods .

" Just ..hold ..on a minute , " Andrew spoke slowly when he saw the river that saw in his vision .He went straight up the woods from the river side and found the cabin . " I can't keep up , " Tom weakly spoke from behind Andrew.

" See I told you it was here , " Andrew yelled and run towards the cabin .

" More running ," Tom grunt and followed him . They entered the cabin and found an altar .The moment Andrew touched it he was cut and the altar broke , he grunt in pain and his blood spill on the btoken altar . He slowly heard his heart beat hit louder and saw a man deep in the ocean over and over again .
