Lana’s POV After Lara left, I packed a small bag of my stuff that Long had bought me and left the mansion. None of Long and Nicolas’s men were around. I am sure the guy Lara nodded at was meant to be guarding me but seeing no one around, it was making my escape a lot easier. I left to go back to my father's house and see if I could get some money or anything else to help me. I got myself a taxi and drove to my father's house. I was dreading going back there after everything that had happened. I knew I couldn’t live there, knowing both my parents were dead, and that house was more like a torture cell than a house. I had to see my mother kill herself in that house. So, I thought about breaking a few piggy banks that I had hidden there and using that money to start a new life. I ha
