Okay, so… Kero’s mom died, he lost himself and then his heart was shattered and stepped on by the Queen. Well, I was mad… I guess I would be. Kero’s one of my best friends, isn’t it normal for a best friend to be mad at their best friends ex.
I looked at Kero’s face. He was looking away.
“Hey, at least you found out before you were married to her.” I smiled. “I mean, if you found out after, you would have a problem because you couldn’t leave her.” I said. “Think of the bright side of things.”
Kero smiled at that.
I smiled too and then looked at Chirpy, who seemed fairly happy. “Why do you look so happy?” I asked.
He grinned. “No reason.”
I looked at him with my confused face but then turned to Kero. “So, are we going home now? I mean, back to the human world?”
