The two men stood in front of the door, scanning and assessing the room. When they noticed the four of us sitting at the largest table in the centre of the room their bodies shook slightly as if they were laughing silently. Both Alpha's recognised the Alpha blood in the other and they locked eyes. The growling behind me intensified. It made perfect sense to me, why each Alpha abdicated their responsibilities within the pack and moved out of the village. They didn't know how to play nicely.
