Chapter VII – The Event
Third Person’s POV
Calum didn't like to wake up. Its f*****g Saturday, and it’s the day of the event. He doesn’t want his hair slicked back, he doesn't want to wear a f*****g suit cause its 40°c outside, he doesn't want to fake a smile at everyone. In short, he doesn't want to go.
Well, what can he do? He has to be there. He needs to be there. Sometimes he wonders why his sugar daddy is a f*****g airline owner. He hates it. No, not Luke. But his job.
He groaned and took a long bath just to be ready to meet Beth again. When he reached Luke's office, Beth was waiting for him already. She takes him to a place where she would be doing him. Hours, have passed and yet there still not done. He hates it. So much.
Getting so much hair product on your hair and he don't like make-up for f***s sake. Even just foundation powder makes him cringe. Luckily for him, Beth just put water-based powder and a thin line of the lightest shade of lipstick in his plumped lips.
He passed through so much things in the past few hours. Getting your spinal cord to crack is not really the best. Even brushing hair in like 100 strokes will make Calum cry.
He guessed he's just not use to it.
It’s finally time, he will face the mirror and look at his horrible self. He wanted to just passed by the mirror and wait for Luke in the lounge but Beth said he have to look at his self or she'll do everything again.
Once he stepped in front of the mirror, he closed his eyes. He doesn’t want to see his face. Neither his body.
He slowly opened his eyes. He saw his feet covered in some kind of luxurious Balenciaga shoes. It’s a dark black in color.
His pants are very slick, soft and expensive. His suit is amazing in all ways. But then he reached his neck up, he can't help but wonder, 'is this me?'
Beth chuckled. His hair is slicked back and have blonde streaks in the front. His light make-up made his eyes stood up. His eyebrows were trimmed in the slightest way. And f**k his lips, it’s so kissable and look so soft and delicate.
'Calum, someone is waiting for you outside, why don't you show him what he's been waiting for?' Beth smirked.
'I don't think that's a good idea. I'll stay here, thank you.' Calum nervously said. He doesn’t want Luke to see him. f**k he's nervous.
'Come on! He's the one who made all of this happen!' Beth said. 'Fine.' Calum sighed as he dried his sweaty palms. He sighed and opened the door, he put his left foot out. 'Calum?' Luke said. He giggled and wiggle his foot. Luke chuckled. 'Come on, come out!' Luke whined.
'Stop being a kid. I don't want to.' Calum said. 'You're the one who's being a kid! Now come out before I drag you.' Luke whined childishly again. Calum huffed, 'Fine, just because you're the one who said to make me over!'
He finally showed himself. Luke stared at him with wide eyes, mouth agape. He's mouth opened and closed, finding the words to say.
'See Beth? I shouldn't have gone out!' Cal huffed and turned around ready to leave. 'Wait!' Luke said as he stood up and went to Calum, grabbing the small arm. 'You look... Stunning.' He muttered. He realized what he said and his mouth tried to find the words once more.
'T-thank you.'

The whole ride was all about Calum as he talked his experience with beth in the 'torture' room.
The event had started and Calum realized it’s a ribbon cutting. He was surprised to see Luke getting dragged and someone gave him scissors, wait..
What?!
Luke is the one who's throwing this fancy event because he's opening a f*****g new branch of an airline. Why didn't he tell him? He could have lie again! He doesn’t want this! He's a shame for Luke!
Once Luke was done, he got over him and dragged him gently on the corner. 'Why didn't you tell me that this is your event? I could have said no! And lie! Luke I am a f*****g shame to you! Didn't you see the way they stare at me?'
'Baby, that's why I didn't told you! Because you would say no! And the stares that they gave you was about admiration! You're so f*****g gorgeous! Everyone wants to meet you!'
'That's not true and we both know it!'
'Fine! Be pessimist! But don't think you'll get away with this tonight!' Luke said and left.
Tonight?
