Chapter Eighty One
I definitely was not looking forward to this. I was not looking forward to having this conversation with Josh, even though I definitely needed to iron things out and just see where everything stands. As much as I would rather be doing so many other things than having to do this right now, I just knew that it had to be done once.
Josh and I were in a room all by ourselves. We just felt like there was such tension in the air, so much intensity that I almost couldn't bear it. Not because I was afraid of what he was going to say to me, but because of how seeing him made me feel, because of what I was assuming he was feeling, because of the way his face looked.
