LYRA'S POV
The minute I arrived at the pack, there was bad news waiting for me. Well, to me it was bad news, to others, perhaps good news.
“Freya is being released.”
That was Mirai's good morning to me and immediately the happy bubble that had enveloped me all day suddenly popped.
“Already?” I asked with a frown, “Is her sentence up already?”
Mirai shook her head, “Not until next month. So why is he releasing her now?”
Mira asked as we hurried to the dungeon where a small crowd had gathered. I had to see with my own eyes that she was being released. Was that the important thing he had to do in the pack today? Did he think about how this would make Hyme feel? We haven't even confirmed my vision yet!
