I couldn't explain how devastated I was as I watched the guards lead Mirai away, I tried to follow her down to the dungeon but the guards that Kael had ordered to escort me back to my room refused to let me to. My eyes burned with unshed tears as I made my way to my bedroom, my blood boiling with rage as I thought of several ways to kill an alpha. He knew that sneaky witch was lying and yet, he still chose to punish my sister. The entire thing didn't make sense to me.
I thought of going to Amethyst's room but I doubt it would be of any use now that the judgment had been passed.
I just had to sit tight and wait for the three days to run its course.
