LYRA’S POV
“No reason. So cut it out and let's go.” I got off the bed and proceeded to yank Amethyst off as well.
“Finally. You guys have fun—”
“Oh no! You're coming with us.” I deadpanned, arms folded under my bust as I c****d my hips to the side.
“Is there really a need for me to follow you?” Mirai frowned, her tone expressing her unwillingness to leave the bedroom.
“Don't you want to get a job too?” I c****d one eyebrow in question.
“I can just join the soldiers. Brush up on my rusty skills a little bit.” She smiled, her eyes squinting as she looked up at me.
“Only warriors…”. Amethyst gasped with realization, “You're a warrior?!”
Mirai’s head reared back in shock, “Wasn't that part obvious?”
