“Where?” Kalina asked and everyone turned to the rookie.
“After the Beta female exchanged pleasantries with our commander, she walked towards the Beta’s office. I saw her because I decided to take a little break before continuing with the training. She was just about to walk around the corner when she suddenly stopped. It appeared as if she was talking to someone. I couldn't hear them because I was far away but she was smiling at whoever it was that was behind the block. Back then, I thought she was speaking to the Beta because the person sort of pulled her into a hug romantically but now that I think about it, it was a hug at all, neither was it romantic. That person grabbed her.”
