Slaide had just entered Oregon when Cooper woke up. His friend stretched his limbs for as much as was possible, given he was too tall for this car and practically sat in the passenger seat folded in half. "Well, good morning, sleeping beauty," Slaide said with a smirk. Cooper rolled his eyes at him. "What time is it?" Slaide glanced at his watch. "Just past three." "Did I sleep for five hours?!" he asked, horrified. "Lucky for me, you only snored for three of them." Cooper laughed, and Slaide joined him.
