For a Fae to find their Twin-Flame is rare and exciting. To find the other half of one's very soul is otherworldly. Most of us simply settle for someone who is right enough for us. Sometimes lower fae even took a human as their life partner simply to live a happy and full life. I never put much stock into finding mine, which is why I was dating a Were-shifter myself much to the distaste of my family. He wasn't well enough bred for their rich blood. The first time I met Gabriel I just knew something was different about him. Our friends all expected an epic fight between the two of us. Instead, they got the surprise of a lifetime. Instead of two predators fighting it out for supremacy, we had an instant undeniable attraction and appreciation for each other. Followed by an insatiable lust for one another. Over a short time, our love for each other sealed our bond. But Gabriel was mine, my Twin Flame. Together we became unbeatable. He was my Twin-Flame, the other half of my soul. What we didn't know was our love was absolutely forbidden by my kind, until we were torn apart. Because a high Fae and a lone Alpha Were-Shifter could never be Twin Flames according to the Fae Court.
