Chapter 17

Gabriel lazily stretched his arms above his head allowing the stretch to run his body all the way through his toes. He felt like he had run a marathon, but in a good way. Relaxing out of the stretch he rolled over and put his arm over Ty'an burrowing into her hair to touch his lips to the nap of her neck. His hand fell on something, someone moreover, that was not Ty'an. He shot up to a sitting position looking over his mate to find the male Fae, Viekko, laying there nuzzled up to Ty'an on the other side of her. Oddly, Gabriel wasn't jealous. He rubbed his eyes before swiping a hand through his hair, taking a deep breath he woke up enough to remember what had happened. Ty'an the little minx had played them both like fine tuned instruments, getting them both into her bed with some impressive s****l wiles he hadn't known she was hiding from him. He looked down at her still sleeping form. She was stunning, her hair wrapped around her face like the princess she was. Running a hand across her shoulder blade he traced the lines of an intricate swirling tattoo that he hadn't noticed previously. Gabriel considered the Fae male across the bed from him while he continued to run his fingers across Ty'ans back. Viekko was gorgeous in that way that Fae males always were, messy brown hair, beautiful long muscled limbs, tattoos also covered the man's visible skin. If memory served him correctly Fae came by tattoos as a natural manifestation by their magic to signify different achievements, bonds and events in their life. Ah, s**t with the number of tattoos Viekko had Gabriel guessed he was older than he looked. While Ty'an was still young by Fae standards. Why wasn't he jealous that there was another man sharing the bed with his mate and him? He mulled the thought around in his brain. He had no s****l attraction to the other male that was for sure. Gabriel could appreciate watching a woman with another woman as a spectator but he had never ever been one to have interest in another male for pleasure. But Ty'an was his mate, he should have been raving mad with jealousy like he had been when he saw her feeding from the Were in the woods the day before. What the f**k is wrong with me, first the fates give me a Fae as a mate and now I'm sharing her with another Fae and perfectly ok with it. I'm losing my damn mind, that's it. Losing my f*****g mind. He glanced at the sleeping Fae's next to him again, eyes narrowing at a familiar tattoo on Viekkos' right pec. s**t that's why. Their twin flames. They bare the same mark. What in the actual f**k. Ty'an stirred at that moment, rolling over to look sleepily up at him. "Well, good morning sunshine." His voice broke so he cleared his through before continuing, "Are you hungry? I was thinking of wrestling us all up some breakfast before we sit down for a much needed discussion." She rubbed her eyes while stretching from her shoulders to her toes. He loved watching her do that, she stretched like a sly lazy cat. It was a pleasant change from her normally prickly demeanor. Honestly, in the moments when she was either sleeping or rousing to the land of the awake was the only time he had caught her relaxed since he had met her. It was the only time she dropped her offensive edge. But he didn't underestimate her, he had no doubt the little minx could go from sleeping to deadly in 0.5 seconds if need be. "I'm up I'll do it." Ty'an rolled to her hands and knees in preparation to stand, snapping her attention to where Viekko remained still and snoring. That man is definitely used to living in some sort of secure surrounding to be that dead asleep, Gabriel thought to himself. Ty'an sat back on her heels and looked back and forth between Viekko and Gabriel, processing recent events much like he had upon waking. "Your not going to try to kill him while he sleeps are you?" she finally asked him, her tone suggesting she was only partially joking. "No. I have a feeling that would go about as well as when I tried to harm you dearheart. I doubt the moon goddess would allow me to harm my mates twin flame as f****d as this entire situation is." Ty'an blinked at him rapidly. "My what Twin Flame?" He chuckled sardonically while pushing to his feet, "your telling me you didn't know your dear Viekko is your Twin Flame? Seriously your joking. Look at the tattoo on his right pec you both bare the same mark Ty'an. Don't toy with me." Her only response was to clamber over Viekko pulling him unceremoniously onto his back and strattling him. Viekko jerked awake with the movement. "What are you....?" he started to say. Ty'ans sudden unexpected slap across his cheek cutting him off. "You never told me we were Twin Flames. You KNEW! All those hints you kept making and you didn't just tell me! Not only that you let Zeke play his sick and twisted game." She pointed to his matching tattoo, "you knew years ago when I got this mark and no one could figure out why and you didn't say a word!" Her hair had started to flip around in a spiraling wind that suddenly filled the cabin. Meanwhile Gabriel took up a position by the fire watching the exchange between the two fae, this was going to be interesting. As far as he knew Fae didn't have the same parameters that weres did being unable to harm their other half. And they had magic, attacks weren't always physical with the Fae and obviously his mate was already pissed enough to tap into hers. Viekko put his hands up in a display of conceit, but Gabriel could see the magic swirling in his eyes. Ty'ans back was to him but he had no doubt hers reflected a similar view at the moment. "I didn't tell you, I didn't tell anyone. From the moment I realized you were my twin flame and what we had wasn't just some juvenile love I have spent relentless hours trying to figure out how to get my brother out of our equation. Short of killing him." "I'll kill him, problem solved." Gabriel piped in. That gained him a glare from both Ty'an over her shoulder and Viekko from where he remained on the bed beneath her. "Out of this wolf" Viekko sniped. Which did nothing but earn him Ty'ans glare once again. "Don't start s**t with him, this is complicated and it involves all three of us now." She snapped at him while pushing off his lap purposely pushing down on his stomach with all her weight as she did so. "We aren't done with this conversation Viekko but i'm hangry and this is not how I wanted to start my morning after a euphoric night. So just both of you mind your manners right now. I'm going to feed Silver and clear my head." Grabbing her boots but not stopping to put them on she stormed out of the cabin door. Viekko and Gabriel just watched her go both men knew better than to follow her unless they wanted to be thrown into a tree by her magic or some other sort of protest to their presence. "Well. That wasn't as entertaining as I imagined it would be." Gabriel stated with a sigh, "Breakfast?"
