Lideo turns around and almost falls out of the chair when his nemesis in the flesh stares at him.

Lideo cut his eyes at Alika and Shemar. They're the only ones who entered the restaurant with him. So, Lideo believes it's only the three of them. There won't be any problem with all the men he has there to kill Namakseha and the two men whom he doesn't know and doesn't care to know. Lideo glances at Alika and notices he has some of Namakseha's features, and it comes to him that he's looking at Shiloh's son. Shiloh's son by this bastard is no concern to me.
