She’s Mine

Michelle’s POV

Cheyenne and I were walking around greeting our guests. We were thanking them for the bday wishes and for coming to our home. The celebration was in full swing everyone was dancing and talking. Then I heard the announcement the that the Gemini blood moon pack was arriving. Unmated girls and boys entered into the courtyard. Behind them was the alpha his Beta then the beta’s son and the alpha’s son. The whole courtyard feel silent upon their arrival. Cheyenne turned and looked at me like Whoa. I said what she said they are so freaking hot. I was like ewww you like old guys we bout start laughing. Cheyenne said eww noooo nasty I’m talking about their son’s. Just then my mom tapped her glass and announced that it’s almost time. Everyone then turned and looked in my direction. I blushed so hard you wouldn’t think I was a mocha colored girl. Cheyenne elbowed me to bring back to the present. I rubbed my arm and gave her a glare we started laughing. As Cheyenne and I made our way thru the crowd I smelled something. I couldn’t make out where it was going from but I kept move forward to the stage. I walked up the stairs so gracefully I bowed to my parents. They both kissed my on my forehead then my dad started to speak. My heart was beating out of my chest I knew what was coming next. Cheyenne’s parents stepped forward and called for her as well. Cheyenne joined us on stage and the speeches started. Cheyenne and I stood next to our parents and we looked into the crowd.

Kevin’s POV

As we walked into the courtyard everyone stopped and bowed to us. I noticed that two girls didn’t bow they just stared at us all. I couldn’t help but noticed the one on the right. She was beautiful and the minute I laid eyes on her I couldn’t breath. Jax looked at me and whispered are you ok? I shook it off and said yea dude I’m great. As I turned towards him I noticed he was staring in the same direction I was. It was my turn to ask him if he was ok. My wolf started to move around in my mind and I knew something for sure. My mate was here but where I wasn’t sure, but I knew I’d find her before tonight was over. I noticed my father scanning the yard. I asked him dad what are you looking for? Bringing him back to his senses. I asked did he feel a second fated mate in the yard. He looked at me and said don’t be stupid boy. I looked at him weirdly he’s never spoken to me like that before. So I stepped back next to Jax and gave him a complexed look. We both shrugged it off and continued down the stairs. Once we reached the last step I heard the queen and king announcing. That it was time to start the coming of age ceremony. Just when I turned my attend to the stage a sweet delicious smell hit my nose it made my mouth water. Jax said dude close your mouth you’ll catch flys and started laughing at me. I closed my mouth only to open it again to say, Jax my mate is near I can smell her.

Jax’s POV

As I was making funny of kevin for his drooling. I strong scent hit me I felt my wolf scratching to get out. Everett what is wrong with you dude. He replied you can’t smell it MATE MATE MATE he kept singing in my head. I asked him where is she he said you’ll see. Everett disappeared into the back of mind. I turned my attention to the stage. As I saw the two women that did not bow when we walked in. They are hugging the queen and king as well as the second in command. I put two and two together and knew they were apart of the royal family. I couldn’t help but stare at the girl in the turquoise dress. She is so beautiful and I feel an urge to wanna protect her. I feel like I need to be closer to her. Just as I’m about to move closer kevin grabs my arm. Dude what’s wrong with you he says and I look at him. He sees it in my eyes and he knows what the look is. He laughs and said dude you found your mate. I look at him like how the f**k do you know. He replied because I’ve seen that look before laughing. I swallow the saliva that has gathered in my mouth. My wolf says “SHE’S MINE” he is so possessive already. All I can do is continue to stare at our mate in awe.

Cheyenne’s POV

As we we’re walking to the stage.I felt like someone was staring hard at me. I looked around to see if I could see who it was. Just then I saw a dark pair of eyes staring at me. I almost missed a step, but I caught myself before I fell on my face. I continued to walk towards my parents. My mother was the first to notice my uneasy face. She hugged me and whispered to me. Darling your shaking are you ok? I replied yes mom but someone is staring at me and I don’t know why. She asked who and I told her. My mother giggled and said I think we found your mate dear. I looked at her with eyes as Big as UFO’S. I blushed and hugged my father am I noticed he was laughing as well. I was so nervous on stage with all eyes on us. Especially the eyes of my soon to be claimed mate. I blushed because I could feel his eyes on me. He was handsome and tall his muscles were very defined. His suit did him no justice at all. If he was trying to hide his form he failed miserably. I thought to myself and got caught up in my head. Queen Gennean brought me out of my thoughts. When she called for Michelle and I to step forward. We both held each other’s hands and looked at the crowd. They all were gathered around waiting eagerly to see what was to come next. To be honest I didn’t know what was going to happen either. So I was just equally eager as well to see it myself lol.

Michelle’s POV

I stood in front of my parents preparing to take over out kingdom. Cheyenne took my hand and I knew she was nervous. I could feel her plans start to sweat and I gave her a soft squeeze. We looked at each other and she smiled at me. I told her thru our connection we will be fine we got this, she replied to me with my mate is watching me. My face had a surprised look on it and I asked her, how do you know? She said look to the guy with the black eyes staring at us. He is wearing the same color as me she said. Just as I looked at him I noticed the guy said next him staring at me as well. I told her I think he is handsome but who is that with him. He’s staring so hard I can’t breath do you think he might be my mate. She said I don’t know only time will tell. We both laughed and turned our attention towards our parents. My mother called for me to join hands with her as Cheyenne’s mother reached for her hands as well. They announced that we turned into two beautiful caring women who love our people. They held so much pride in their eyes for us. They continued to speak and stated that they couldn’t see a more fitted pair to take the thrones they sat on. They started to chant and our fathers brought froth the ceremony knives. Cheyenne looked at me and I looked at her we both smiled. Then I felt a sharp pain on my palm, and that’s when I noticed my mother cut my hand. Cheyenne let out a small whimper and I knew she had been cut as well. There was two bowls under our hands . Then our mothers squeezed their blood and ours into it. They continued to chant then the bowls started to glow and float. My eyes went wide as saucers my mom smiled and continued with the spell. Suddenly I felt my body to lift off the ground as I looked around Cheyenne was floating as well. Our mothers joined their hands together lifting Cheyenne and I higher. We heard them say join hands, I grabbed Cheyenne’s hands and just as we did we felt a surge of power flow thru us. The moon was closer then usual. We looked at it and just then we saw it the ring change from blue to a bright golden yellow. Then we slow floated back down to the stage with shocked looks on our faces. Cheyenne said to me that my looks change and I said so have yours. We looked at each in shock my hair was no longer a brown auburn color. It was now like my mothers black and in an Afro. Cheyenne’s hair turned into a curly mess but was long and flowing down to her shoulders. Our skin tones turn two shades darker we were no longer mocha colored girls. We were now a nice toasted almond color. We looked at our parents and we both thought we looked hotter then before. It was time for us to show our true powers that we were blessed with. I went first and I was given the power to control all elements as well as the power to see the future. Cheyenne had the powers to move things and she was also able to speak to the dead. Total awesomeness right we are the now the two most powerful women in the kingdom. Now it’s time to find ours mates!!!!
