Chapter 3. Seizing the Ex-Brother-in-law's Fiancé

The situation escalated after Jake took out his black card. Currently, the shop employees are busy calculating the amount of Jake's purchases. Indeed, the quantity of goods is not too much, but the price is very expensive.
"The total is $1,000,000!" said the shop assistant after finishing counting Jake's purchases.

"Are you sure you have that much money? You are a poor bastard who was just kicked by my sister. You must have gone this far just because you wanted to annoy me, right?" accused Kevin of still being arrogant.
"Don't talk too much, loser! You'll see the truth after I manage to pay the total bill," replied Jake confidently.
Actually, in his heart, Jake was also afraid that his card wouldn't work. However, he must not appear weak in front of Kevin. Who knows? This could avenge the pain and be the beginning of his revenge.
Jake handed his black card to the shop cashier. His heart was beating fast because he was also very curious. He took several breaths to calm himself down.
"Thank you, sir. You have successfully made payment," said the shop cashier.
Suddenly, Jake breathed a sigh of relief because this time he was the winner. Meanwhile, Kevin's facial expression turned pale because he couldn't believe that Jake had so much money.
"Bullshit! How could you possibly pay for the entire store?" shouted Kevin.
He immediately attacked and grabbed Jake by the collar of his shirt. There, Jake was just silent, smiling faintly. He was so happy to see Kevin's panicked reaction.
It turns out that being rich is fun and makes everything easier. Kevin was finally arrested by security. From here, we can see who the real boss is. At the same time, the store employees apologized to Jake for accusing him of being a thief. Meanwhile, Bella couldn't stop looking at Jake while smiling suspiciously.
"Honey, let's get out of here!" said Bella, pulling Kevin's arm.
At first, Kevin refused, but finally he agreed because he couldn't show his face around there anymore. He was embarrassed because he lost to Jake so badly. Besides, he also didn't want to kneel in front of Jake, so it was better for him to get out of the way before Jake led him to do something embarrassing.
"Hey, where are you guys going?" Jake exclaimed.
Kevin and Bella's footsteps stopped hearing Jake's voice. The two of them looked around, and everyone's eyes were on them.
"Damn!" cursed Kevin in a low voice.
Kevin and Bella couldn't help but turn around and approach Jake. Previously, they had pretended to forget the consequences if they lost.
"Kneel down and apologize to me sincerely if you guys are not losers!" Jake ordered. He grinned because he felt very satisfied with today's events.
Like people who had lost their self-esteem, Kevin and Bella kneeled in front of Jake while many people watched. There were even some people who took videos because they thought the incident was quite exciting.
Of course, Kevin wasn't willing to be humiliated like that. He felt he had to make calculations with Jake later.
"Good. I'm glad you didn't break your promise. Now you can go!" said Jake.
"You must remember, from now on, you are nothing more than my pet dogs!" he added mockingly.
Hearing Jake's words that insulted his self-esteem, Kevin's anger automatically exploded. His former brother-in-law immediately clenched one of his palms and intended to hit Jake. But, Bella quickly pulled Kevin away from there before there was a bigger commotion, which made them even more embarrassed. However, her eyes still didn't move from Jake. It seemed like there was something on Bella's mind right now.
At this time, Kevin's anger were overflowing, and Bella took him to a cafe to enjoy a cold drink to relax. He banged the table several times, causing people around him to stare at the two of them.
"f**k! How did he get rich overnight? Absolutely unreasonable!" Kevin growled.
"Calm down! People are looking at you now," Bella said.
Kevin ruffled his hair roughly because he was very frustrated. This was the first time in his life that he had been humiliated like this by someone, and he didn't expect that person to be Jake. All this time, he thought of Jake as a stupid lackey who was easy to boss around.
"Are you sure he was poor when he married your sister?" Bella asked, she seemed very curious.
"Of course! He has nothing but his handsome face. I used to be very against Valencia marrying him because he was very poor," explained Kevin.
"Okay then. I want to go to the toilet first. You have to calm yourself down and drink that," said Bella as she got up from her sitting position.
On the other hand, Jake was quite overwhelmed because he was confused about carrying so much shopping. After shopping, he actually felt regretful. He shouldn't have said that he would buy up the entire contents of the shop and just buy a few things.
"Do you still have time to pack it?" Jake asked.
"It seems like still a long time because you bought up the entire contents of the shop," answered one of the shop employees.
"Now I'll just bring a few stuff. Later, I'll have someone take the rest," said Jake.
Jake chose some of the items he needed and then went to the parking lot. Before leaving his father's secret villa, he was provided with a luxury car to drive and an apartment in the city center.
Suddenly, someone tapped Jake on the shoulder. When he turned around, it turned out that the person was Bella. His forehead immediately furrowed slightly because he was surprised that Kevin's fiancé had come to him again.
"What's wrong? Isn't our business finished?" Jake asked.
"I just felt that I didn't apologize properly. It seems like kneeling wasn't enough to make up for my mistake," explained Bella.
Jake smelled suspicious behavior from Bella. However, he could guess that the woman wanted to tease him. It seems he has the key to taking even more sadistic revenge.
"It's okay. I'm also sorry for making you uncomfortable. I should have looked better when I came here," replied Jake with a sweet smile. He deliberately wanted to know what Bella was planning and followed the plot.
"I'm in the wrong position here. I shouldn't think you're a pervert," Bella exclaimed.
"No problem. I happened to buy everything in the shop. You definitely can't buy the things you want. You can take them as you like!" Jake offered.
Bella's face turned into a smile. She really wanted to buy one of the items from the shop. Actually, she and Kevin were just looking around because they didn't have enough money.
"Is it true?" Bella asked to confirm.
"Yeah. Go ahead and take what you want!" Jake answered.
Without any further embarrassment, Bella immediately chose the item she liked. It was as if he had received an unexpected fortune from the incident he had just experienced.
On the other hand, Jake looked at Bella, who was seriously choosing items while smiling mockingly.
'All women are the same. They're all blinded by money,' Jake thought.
After several minutes, Bella finally finished choosing. However, she had other intentions when she approached Jake, not just wanting to get branded goods for free.
"Thank you. You actually make me indebted to you," said Bella. She didn't hesitate to embrace Jake's arm and press her chest against it.
Jake actually felt uncomfortable, but his attitude shouldn't be obvious. He had to take the opportunity because he had accidentally set a trap.
"Do you want to go to my apartment?" said Jake.
"Can I go there?" Bella was very enthusiastic. She thought that her plan was going smoothly.
"Of course, because I invited you," answered Jake.
"Okay. I want to. I will provide the best service for you later." Bella gently touched Jake's chest while smiling mischievously.
At the same time, Bella's cell phone rang. Apparently, she got a call from Kevin. Her facial expression immediately turned sour, and she rejected the call.
"Did Kevin call you?" Jake asked.
"It's not important. Actually, I don't love him, and I just feel sorry for him. Just ignore him," Bella answered lightly.
Jake smiled crookedly, and it turned out that his former brother-in-law was also a sad man. He just wanted to know how Kevin would react when he stole his fiancee. He had heard from Valencia that Kevin really loved Bella and couldn't live without her.
"Okay. How about we go to my apartment now?" Jake offered while grinning mysteriously.
