Chapter 5. Revenge on Valencia's Affair

After giving a warning with quite rough actions, Jake finally managed to control his anger, which had peaked, and pushed Bella roughly until her body fell backwards.
"What did you do to me?!" Bella snapped, looking angry. She held her cheek, which was red from Jake's hard slap.
Jake just snorted while giving Bella a cynical look. He wasn't an actor who was good at acting, so he couldn't stand serving a woman like Bella. You could say that Jake's patience is as thin as tissue, especially since recently he experienced various bad things that made his emotions quickly become inflamed.
"Of course I'm teaching you a lesson for being so presumptuous. I really hate people who invade my privacy!" Jake emphasized.
"Didn't I explain it to you? Why do you still not believe me and be rude to me?" Bella snapped, not accepting it.
Jake smiled scornfully. "That's because you are a b***h who likes to seduce rich men." Jake's words made Bella angry.
Suddenly, he got up and left the room. A few moments later, the sound of something breaking came from the living room. Apparently the woman went berserk, ransacked Jake's apartment, and accidentally broke the wine glass they had been drinking earlier.
The commotion shocked Jake, and he immediately checked. When he saw the mess in the living room, he couldn't believe it. He didn't even think Bella would do that.
"Are you crazy? Why are you destroying things and making trouble in my apartment?" Jake shouted angrily again when he saw that his apartment was a mess due to Bella's crazy actions.
"Yeah, I'm crazy. Just see what this crazy woman can do!" Bella grinned.
Suddenly, he picked up a piece of broken glass and then deliberately injured his hand until it bled and forcibly tore the top of the shirt he was wearing.
"Hey! What are you doing?" Jake exclaimed, unable to understand what the woman was doing.
Bella didn't answer, and instead she immediately ran towards the door out of the apartment.
Seeing Bella's strange behavior, Jake, who felt suspicious, immediately followed. Unexpectedly, Bella banged on the neighbor's apartment door while sobbing uncontrollably. Jake was surprised to see Bella's unreasonable behavior; even now, his apartment neighbors came out and were shocked to see Bella's condition, which she thought was very pathetic.
"What's happened, Miss?" asked a middle-aged woman who was Jake's apartment neighbor.
"Help me, madam. He tried to abuse me. I refused, then he slapped my cheek, and it hurt me," Bella sobbed, glancing at Jake with a faint grin.
Jake just chuckled when he heard Bella's words because it turned out that Bella was very good at acting. He thought Bella was extraordinary for being able to think that far ahead. Even deliberately doing crazy things to trap him. If Bella just stayed in his apartment, perhaps none of the neighbors would hear the commotion because the building was soundproof.
"Don't believe her, madam! She tried to steal the contents of my wallet, so I just slapped her a little. The wound on her hand was her own," explained Jake casually.
However, it seemed like his apartment neighbor didn't believe it, especially when she saw Bella's messy condition.
"Trust me, madam. I had no intention of stealing, and he really wanted to abuse me," said Bella, trying to be convincing with her acting.
The commotion caused several other apartment neighbors to come outside because they were curious. Bella became increasingly aggressive in carrying out her plans and continued to accuse Jake of harassing her.
"You're completely crazy. I'll call the police now if you continue your charade," Jake threatened.
"Just call the police! I'm not afraid of your threats," Bella challenged. She grinned because she really believed that everyone would defend her, so she provoked Jake even more.
"There's no need to call the police. We can solve it right here and now," interrupted Austin, who suddenly appeared in the crowd.
Jake turned to Austin. His forehead furrowed slightly because he was surprised at the reason why his father's personal assistant had come. As far as he remembered, there was nothing more to discuss, and he was free to use the facilities provided by his father. However, he was grateful because Austin could definitely get him out of this unpleasant situation.
"If it's a matter of money, we will give you the amount you want, Miss," said Austin, looking at Bella.
"Who are you? Why are you interfering in our business and defending this evil man?" Bella asked.
"I am Mr. Jake's personal assistant. I should help solve problems involving him," explained Austin.
Bella glanced at Jake, who was still overcome with anger. She really likes money, but she wants more, so she really tries to stick with Jake and doesn't care about Kevin. Moreover, when she saw Austin and saw his appearance, Bella became even more convinced that Jake was really rich.
's**t! What should I do? How could I give up at this point?' thought Bella.
"You seem to think too much, Miss. I'll give you $100,000, and you can get out of here," Austin said.
Bella's heart wavered. The nominal $100,000 was a lot for her, but it wasn't worth it if she managed to date Jake in the future. Of course, she would get even more if she succeeded in making Jake bend his knee toward her.
"Tch! I don't want to!" With careful consideration, Bella left. Of course, she didn't do it without a plan.
Bella left made the atmosphere quiet for a moment. However, several people who witnessed the incident looked at Jake cynically.
"Tsk! They definitely think I'm a jerk," Jake muttered as he took a rough breath.
Austin noticed Jake looking frustrated because of Bella. He also tried to divert Jake's attention and invited his master's son to enter the apartment.

"Aren't you going too far to offer her so much money?" asked Jake, still not thinking.
"That amount of money means nothing to your father, sir. Besides, she refused," answered Austin.
"My dad must really be a very rich man," Jake responded.
"Then why did you come here?" he asked curiously.
"I want to convey a message from your father," Austin answered.
"What's that?" Jake's forehead furrowed faintly in curiosity.
"The Big Master wants your Black Card and all the facilities you have now revoked," explained Austin.
"What?! Are you kidding me? Didn't you just say that my father gave me a black card and all the facilities as compensation for his regret? Why would he want to take it again?" Jake said he didn't accept it.
"Calm down, sir. All of that will be done if you don't want to carry out his task." Austin tried to explain so that there would be no misunderstandings.
"What kind of task?" Jake asked straight to the point.
"Before I tell you the task, you have to know your father's wishes. The Big Master intends to educate you as the heir to his fortune. He thinks you need to learn many things so you can have abilities and strength in the future," explained Austin.
At first, Jake got angry, but finally he understood what Austin meant. He also realized that holding a black card and living a luxurious life alone were not enough for revenge. Of course, he must be successful and even famous.
"Okay. What should I do?" Jake asked.
"Your first task is to acquire Golden Health Insurance," Austin answered.
Jake's eyes widened perfectly. “Very interesting. I love this assignment!” he said with a crooked smile.
'Samuel, soon, your history will end in my hands!' Jake said to himself as he clenched his palms.
