Gina forced a smile and nodded. "I will do as you said."
Josh was delighted. "Very well. I'll prescribe you some medicine. You will need a few antibiotics and vitamins to facilitate a quick recovery. After a week, I'll do CT scans. If you need anything, tell the nurse. OK?"
"OK," Gina nodded happily. "Thank you."
"No, no, it's fine, it's fine. I'll be leaving then. Bye-bye." Josh grabbed his back and left the room. The moment he entered the corridor, he stumbled in front of Arion, who looked at him with a dark expression.

Arion gestured him toward his study. As they turned around, Gina spoke from behind, "A… Rion Rion, will you please call Caroline?"
Arion and Josh both froze in their steps. They couldn't believe their ears.

Arion controlled his expression and offered her a small smile. "I'll call her for you."
"Thank you!" Gina beamed. She was nervous at first when she called him 'Rion Rion', thinking he would be mad, but he not only seemed offended but also smiled at her. She was over the moon.
Josh, on the other hand, couldn't control himself. Pfft!!

Controlling his laugh, he looked at Arion only to be dumbfounded. Arion was smiling tenderly at Gina and even squeezed her hand. Josh's face twisted, and then he sighed deeply. 'Love changes people.'
As both of them left, Gina went to the balcony. She exhaled deeply.
After waking up, whatever she saw was unfamiliar to her. Even she didn't feel familiar with herself. She didn't know who she was. She didn't even know the people around her. Such a feeling of insecurity!

'So cruel!' Josh screamed inside. Then, he suddenly caught on to something in Arion's words and halted in his steps. "Wait, you mentioned a girlfriend. She just woke up. How could you make her yours without her consent? That's illegal!"
"…" Arion completely ignored him. They went to the study room and sat on the sofa. "So, what do you think of her?" he asked directly. Josh's face also became serious.
"I think she recovered well. We were worried about her brain damage. But since she doesn't trust us completely and acts like a good little girl, I believe she's doing just fine. I mean, she didn't become a silly child. She's clever and uses her brain to the fullest. The only barrier that left her vulnerable is her memory loss. Now I can pretty much understand why you're so attracted to her. She's beautiful, clever, polite and also doesn't jump on you like other women and drool all over."
Arion's eyes sharpened. His friend was right. 'But if she keeps asking about her past, I don't know what to do. What if she wants to go back? Go back to him?' Just imagining that made his expression turn cold.
