I was in my room operating my phone when I heard a knock on my door,
“Come in,”
Ava stepped in,
“Will is back,” I sprung up from the bed and rushed downstairs only to see Will being carried by Leo. They both had a Stony face that made my heart break.
This man was causing Will to go back to his old self. I sighed as I closed my eyes. Opening them after gathering some courage, I said,
“Will, come and greet mommy,”
Leo paused at my words as he was heading towards the stairs before. He met my eyes and I held his. The tension in the room could be sliced with a knife but I wasn't going to back down. He can't turn my son against me after I had struggled to get him to love me.
