Although it was winter the temperatures still fluctuated. Some days were freezing and some were stinking hot and Sundown never got used to it. He wandered into the kitchen and made himself a cup of Mel's bush coffee and a cup of tea for Pedro. He carried them into the first aid room.
“Hi Jenny, you missed saying goodbye to the boys,” he said as he watched her finish her cup of tea.
