Ben’s POV
The Beta’s all jump up to grab one last drink before we head over to dinner and close out the tabs. Blayn comes back with a double whiskey for Kaitlin and as he reaches his arm to escort her, Cassie’s growl sounds from the bar. We all looked at her and noticed she growled at Dakota.
Dakota has not removed his eyes from Kaitlin, and I turned back to watch her as she shoots the double down in one swift motion and stalks away on the arm of her Beta. I want to move towards her, but Alpha Dane catches me before I can walk away, “Alpha Stark,” he says, as he moves to where Kaitlin was sitting.
