He rushed into the house and found out that she had already finished having her bath.
"What happened?" he asked with curiosity.
She first of all ran to him and hugged him.
"It's a long story, honey. Please, let's sit down", she said.
As they were sitting, she narrated her ordeal.
Sani released her and warned his men to never get close to her again. One of Sani's men was the man who had an interaction with Dr Zainab at the till. He was scared because he felt she would get back at him.
When Dr Zainab heard his voice in the room, she recognised him and asked: Are you not the man who talked with me in the mall?
Although he was really startled, he dissembled his feelings and harshly shouted at her with the hope of relocating after the ransom must have been paid. But to his greatest surprise, everything went awry, so he became restless. However, after they parleyed with Dr Zainab, every fear of threat was diminished, because she promised never to retaliate.
After the agreement, Dr Zainab was advised to be very careful with her colleagues, but the people arranged for her abduction were not revealed to her.

The couple were very happy at the end of the story, which was ascribed to God, but became happier when Dr Zainab revealed to Peter that she was with a child. The joy was enormous, and the couple went to bed with satisfaction.
