Chapter 6
Last night after looking around for him, I found Petey sitting on the porch outside looking bored out of his mind.
“You ready man?”
“Hell yeah, I’ve been ready. Where were you? I looked all over for you.”
“You wouldn’t believe me if I told you man.”
“Try me. I’m up for a good story. I’ve been bored out of my damn mind for the last hour.”
On the drive home, I relayed to Petey the events of the night. I told him about the fight between Chad and Addie, how I checked on her in the room and my first time. And most importantly, I told him how I was no longer a virgin. I was floating on f*****g air.
