CHAPTER 2: MEETING HIM (2)

The man chased after me, i ran off, till I got to the middle of the street only for me to turn and found out no one was chasing after me,

“ Was I really running alone all this while,” I said dropping my stocks on the floor to rest a little,

After a while I took all me stocks and walked gently down the street,

Almost getting to my street I saw this black limo trying to revers,

“How can a limo turn in a tiny road like this”, I thought to my self as I walked behind the car trying to walk past the car before it turns back,

Guess it was not my lucky day today,

Immediately I hasten my steps towards the back of the car, it came back and almost heat me,

In fear and shock I left the bags I was

holding and all my stocks fell scattering everywhere,

My life just flash before my eyes, I couldn't even scream or move, oh God am still alive,

I was still in shock when I heard the voice asking me,

” Are you okay?” he asked coming close to me,

I looked at him with irritation, how can he ask such questions when he almost heat me,

“ Do I look okay?” I asked as I bent down to pick up my fruits and stocks that fell,

Yeah I no his rich and hot but doesn't mean I won't say my mind,

“ Am really sorry, but you weren't watching were you were going,” he said putting his hands in his pocket and brought out a bundle of money,

Yeah I no he will do that, showing of his money,

“ So it my fault,?” just get the hell out of here with your filthy car, “ I said getting really angry,

Is he bringing out money to bribe me or what,

I picked all my stocks from the ground and stood up only for the stupid man to hand the money over to me,

“ You can have this” he said stretching the money towards me,

“ I don't want your stupid money,” I said,I really need the money but I can't swallow my pride now, not for this man,

“ Edward get in to the car” a voice said from inside of the car, maybe his boss,

“ Yeah your stupid boss said get in the car” I said it out loud for the boss to hear,

I picked my bag about leaving when the car door opened and my eyes went wide open in who I saw,

It was Mr Adrian his sea blue eyes was drowning me,

Then my dream flashed in my head, his angry face filled my head, I was just staring at him,

The flash light brought me back to reality then I realized that paparazzi filled everywhere,

“ Missy you called me stupid?” He said smirking at me,

“ I……I.. did I say that,?” I said,

I was confused someone please help me, I cried inside me, I should have kept quiet,

“ Yeah you said that or am I lying “ he said with another smile,

Why is he smiling is this how he does when he wants to kill someone, I thought,

“ You can never lie you are the most truthful person I've ever met, am sorry I was talking to him” I said with speed pointing to the driver,

“What's your name “ he asked almost giving me heart attack,

what does he need my name for, I wanted to run but if I do he might chase after me then locate my home and kill me, all this was running in my head,

“ Just give him your damn name” the driver said, I gave him a killer look forgetting I was in the presence of his boss,

“ My name is emm…. Anastasia grope,” I said waiting for his words,

“Anastasia are you sure you don't need the money” he said still smiling,

“ I really need it thank you” I said,

“ Give her the money and get into the car” he said to the driver,

Immediately the driver gave me the money I didn't even care of anything I just took my bag and ran off,

Adrian stared at the direction she ran off,he was just smiling forgetting that the paparazzis were taking photos,

She was really pretty, he never believed in love, but this is different, he was really angry when she called him stupid but when he saw her, his anger vanished,

She was something he wanted, he promised himself that he must have her weather by crooked or by hook, he said and placed his leg inside the car and slammed the door,

“Start driving “ he said,the journey is still far, he thought,

Adrian P.O.V

The car was moving so fast, I looked out from the window, her face filled my head,

He smiled and angry look were all cute,

Anastasia was just ringing in my head as she reminds me of my sister,

She has green eyes and pointed nose just like my sister,

I heat myself on the head trying to shake she and my sisters away from my head,

But the death of my sister kept reapting it self in my head,

Her cries filled my head I was losing it in the car,

“ I promise you sis I will take your revenge”, I vowed, I knew who killed her but I never knew who gave the information of our whereabout,

I was still thinking of all this even about my parents death I have to go to my father's own mansion I might find information,

I was distracted by my phone's ringing tone,i checked the caller and it was Sky one of my spy, I just clicked the pick button and placed the phone on my ears,

“Boss I found out who is behind the death of your parents “ he said,

I froze in place, finally, I won't show mercy to that fool,

“ Who did this?”
