She was also a little tired because, worrying about Hamish, she had not slept the previous night. Now the Earl had made it impossible for him to do what he intended and she tried not to think about him anymore. When the maid left her, Fyna went to the window and pulled back the curtains. The stars were even brighter than they had been the night before and there had been no rain during the day. The moon was fuller, casting its silver rays over the garden and the Park.
