Chapter Nineteen SHE SAT IN the chair, her arms tied tightly behind her, as she stared at the warehouse doors in front of her. She knew what Mattox intended. She watched as he set the bomb in place, two bombs actually, one in the back of the warehouse and one in the front. No matter which way Ezra or his friends came in to find her, Mattox’s bombs would get them, and her in the process. And she didn’t doubt that Ezra’s friends would be with him.
