February of 2010, my debts were paid off in full and I started taking driving lessons. With my fear of escape identified, I could get into a car again without too much trouble. I still had a severe case of arachnophobia. I think I always will. When I see spiders, I can still feel them on me. During a panic attack, I can"t get them off. The smallest image—a black circle with eight lines drawn into it—is enough to trigger a minor panic attack, which I can handle and calm myself out of. My worse attacks send me into full hysterics.
