chapter 6: Xi

Author's POV......
Xi was knocked out by someone and she passed out.
After some when she opened her eyes,and found herself tied with a rope. She looked around and the seemed like a cave and it was warm. she saw a man inspecting her weapons and but she didn't seem to bother as she saw a real person after a long time.
The man was wearing a furry clothes and had many weapons loaded on him.
So why did you hit me? And why am I tied? I am not a monster now? am I? Xi asked the man.
No kid, I thought you were a member of the cult,the man replied.
Xi kept quiet as she knew that she was a victim.but she instead asked the man what is cult and why would you do this to them.?
They are cruel and heart less maniacs who abduct people and kids and experiment on them,they think world needs a new start but they followed the wrong path,the man replied.
And? She asked to tell her more about them.
Yeah I want to know more too but I just woke from the pod 3 weeks ago,the man replied.
You were in the pod too? Xi asked.
What do you mean too? You are a victim too? The man asked .
Ofcourse I am like you I was being held captive there, Xi replied.
No kid it can't be I was the last to wake up and after I checked every pod to look if anyone one is still there but no one was there,the man said in a curious and confusing voice.
I think I was the last to wake up and my pod was different from others..., Xi replied.
No, it can't be you are just a kid, he said shaking Xi by her arms.
What are you talking about? She asked.
Why are you asking me you should know everything but why are you acting inocent,he yelled.
But I really don't know anything I just remember getting off from the cargo train and nothing more.
Kid are you sure? He asked.
Yeah I am...why would I lie,Xi replied.
Soon they both calm down and the man introduced himself as Pete and said he was a computer machanic before being abducted by the cult.
Pete and Xi talked about the situation on earth and the space ship which later Pete defines as space colony.
Pete didn't either knew what was going on and they both teamed up to know more and to survive in such harsh conditions.
In this quick shot.....
we see Pete and Xi fighting and traveling together and acting like a pair of best friends even Pete was 2 decades older then Xi.
They soon find an abandoned dome and they decide to stay there for a night but as they explore the dome they find many useful weapons, accessories and food supply.
Days went by and they made the dome their home.
They found the control room of the dome and acknowledged themselves about that dome as well as the other domes.
