chapter 8: Gallents

Author's POV...........

Xi was in the bathroom the other day and when she looked into the mirror she had a weird quick vision of something but she couldn't figure out what it was,

all she was hearing was people screaming in pain and noise of iron chain being dragged on a concrete.

She came back to reality and her body felt weak . Her hands were shaking and sweat pouring down her face.

She washed her face and made it look like that nothing happened but she kept thinking about the vision.

She walked out of her room and bumped into Aren spilling the food all over the ground.

Oh i am really sorry I will clean it this instant, Aren said afraid that Xi would punish him as she was in the command.

God! why were carrying this to my room? Xi asked cleaning the mess on her clothes.

I wanted to bring you food since you haven't ate anything from yesterday, Aren said like he cared about Xi.

What are you my babysitter? Xi asked with a playful smirk.

I was just......, Aren said.

Xi was about to reply when they both were alarmed by the siren ,they both looked at eachother and ran towards the room which had full view to the outside.

As they reached Pete was already there and he showed Xi view of,

The large group that was moving towards the Pete's dome(Oikos).

Every body was now alert that something is heading towards them.

Aren also saw the group and in a panting voice he said,

Those are the Gallents.

How can you saw so? Pete asked.

The snow trucks! It's them, only Gallents have those vehicles, Aren said.

Pete started to worry, about the Oikos being attacked.

Xi ordered every one to take their position and to get ready to fight.

But Aren stopped Xi and Pete to make any move, when Pete asked the reason Aren replied,

Gallents does not use vehicles when they fight because they cannot afford the damage of their vehicles.

So I think they are not here to fight bit talk!

What do you mean talk?talk about what? Pete asked.

I have heard from our family leader that Gallents have asked some strong groups to join their team because they want to make themselves the strongest. And they Trade technology with supplies and weapons and also most presious things HISAKO, Aren replied.

Oh I get it now they are here because they now we are using the energy ores, Pete muttered.

As the Gallents came close to dome,

They used a megaphone to call out for the leader and offered their power.

Pete knew what is about to happen so he asked the guards to open the gate.

As soon when the gate was open their leader smirked and told his army to leave the vehicles and to get inside the dome.

Pete told Xi to keep an eye on their movement with a gun from above and Aren and Pete will face them personally with other gaurds behind them.

The Gallents who were wearing a black heavy soldiers suits and had a heavy amount of weapons loaded on them walked inside the dome where they find Pete in front of them.

Oh so you are the leader? A huge man in the Gallents group asked.

Yes I am and may I ask you who you are and the reason that you are looking for me? Pete replied.

You have guts,huh!

I am Fred,leader of Gallents group 5.

And let me get straight to the point,

We have heard that you are using a highly advanced HISAKO weapons and we want them, he asked with a serious smirk on his face.

If we don't agree then? Pete replied making the Fred furious and surprised as no one has ever gut to talk to him like that.

Oh! Because you don't want trouble with the place you are living in and besides we will give you something you need, a deal for a deal, Fred said.

Pete smiled and told them to follow him.

Fred stopped Pete and said,

Don't rush....

how can we know that we could just snatch the tech from you?

Because you don't want your ass beaten up, pete said playfully.

Then show us your best fighter, Fred asked.

I don't think you can handle her, Pete replied.

Oh you have a girl who is stronger than anyone else here even you,

how pathetic, Fred replied with a small laugh.

Xi heard it and it triggered her and she wanted to smash Fred's face that instant.

Why don't we find out on our own? Who ever wants to fight her you can step forward, pete said challenging the Gallents.

Fred snapped his fingers and a huge muscular man stepped forward.

Here, this is our fighter(Goliath) one of the strongest Gallents,

he will be fighting.

Now show us your chick, the man said making Pete and Aren furious.

I will fight him and besides he is no mach for Xi, Aren said stepping forward.

Oh no no! Let them have a taste of pain, Pete replied with a smirk.

Pete looked up and winked given Xi call to fight the Goliath.

Xi jumped down from the spot where she was and gave a glare to all the Gallents making them startled.

Fred gave a fake laugh to make him look like he is not impressed.

Although Xi was only 15 but her body was mascular and her presence was strong.

Goliath stepped forward in act to start the fight.

Before he can attack Xi's legs,

she jumped and gave Goliath a kick on his face breaking his nose making his face drown in blood, another move and Xi attacked his legs to make him collapse on the ground.

Xi's team was cheering up and laughing at the Gallents at the same time.

Within no time Goliath was knocked on the ground and he was trying to get up now.

Xi offered her hand for help but Goliath tried to attack her by grabbing her from that hand down.

This made Xi more startled and with a evil smirk she broke Goliath's arm which grabbed her.

You are no match for me! Xi said as she spat the the glare back to Fred.

Goliath passed out and seeing Xi win all the Gallents were shocked and now Fred calpped, then he told other men to clean up the mess.

Now, would you get to the point and lets us talk,Pete said giving Fred sign to follow him.

Fred and two other men followed Xi and Pete to the room were Pete experimented on the ores.

While Aren watched over rest of the Gallents.

In the lab Pete showed Fred his tech which he wanted to exchange instead of snow vehicles.

Fred first was not impressed by the deal but as soon Pete showed Fred his invention which could shut down the robots.

Fred immediately agreed and told Xi and Pete to visit them next week to make the final agreement.

Pete agreed,then he shook hands with Fred with a smile.

But Xi was still staring at Fred which made him uncomfortable and startled.

After some time the Gallents headed back.

Pete kept himself busy in making more weapons for the Gallents, while Xi trained others but at the same she was having those vision again but she kept it a secret and others lived normally untill next week.
