Dahlia left Carter's house early because she didn't want to bother him anymore. She also didn't want to learn more about him. Dahlia realized that the more she got to know Carter, the more she was awakened to something she couldn't understand.
She slept for a few hours in her condo unit and then went to the office as if nothing had happened.
