Oh damn no!
I swiftly got out of the bed. I have to hide! I know I sound pathetic but I don't care right now. Knowing that she's the queen she can literally make my family disappear for all I know.
Just as I was about to run into the bathroom, I heard Adrian enter.
"Mother" he came in. Christ! I know he is going to switch on the lights and I would die that instant she would lay her eyes on me.
"Adrian, who is she?" she asked firmly.
"Why don't we go outside and discuss, mother" he suggested, taking her out of the room.
I sighed in relief as I sat back down on the bed. I really thought I have had it. Adrian was always protective of me. I know he respected my wishes and took his mother out, so that she doesn't get to see me.
But I also know for a fact that he doesn't lie
