21 Frank sipped his coffee and pretended he didn’t miss Quynn. He was still pissed off that she would lie. There was never a situation where lying was okay. Especially if you loved someone. “Good morning, honey,” his mom said as she walked into the kitchen. “Are you coming to lunch with us?” Frank shook his head. “First I’m hearing of it.” “Katherine called last night. She said she and Quynn wanted us to join them for lunch today. I just assumed Quynn told you.” “Why would she tell me?” Kelly shrugged. “Why wouldn’t she? Aren’t you two seeing each other?” Frank huffed a laugh. “Nope.” “Well, what happened?” Frank loved his mom. Really loved her.
