Monday morning
I DELIVERED THE final copy of my report to Mitch on Monday morning, along with an invoice for services rendered, and picked up some necessary documents from him, including the summons regarding the restraining order. Since we were going to Orlando anyway, a great deal of time could be saved if we hand-carried the paperwork to the clerk’s office.
“Will they take a check from me? “ I said. “I paid for all those copies with a credit card.”
“They’ll take a check from this law firm without question,” Mitch said.
“Great.”
