TWO WEEKS LATER
Alex’s POV
It has been two weeks since we killed Stefan Snow. One of the two responsible men for murdering my father.
Two weeks of peace and quiet settling over Snow. And I wanted to keep it that way for a very long time.
I had made some changes during that period. Changes that will ensure that nothing gets past our borders without me knowing about it ever again.
I assigned four of my people to sit in the old warehouse and keep monitoring the live feed from the hidden security cameras on all border entrances.
They were given six hour shifts and they were told to switch with their pairs so they don’t get bored out of their minds in that place.
They were sworn to secrecy, never to reveal anything about their assignments, not even to their families or loved ones.
