CHAPTER 2:first day at work

pov: rose

oh is the d day.i woke up early than usual,took my bath ,dressed; I was putting on a tight leggins with a long top,I left my hair straight did some light make up.i took my breakfast and left to the bus station so that I would not miss the bus.

when I reached at the company ,I went straight to he managers office to sign the necessary documents and also to know Mt department.

After visiting the manager ,I was.assogned by one of my colleagues who was fortunately at the managers office when I came in to show me the department and my desk.

As I was walking in with my colleague, everybody was staring at me ,I didn't know the reason,if it was because of my clothes or was there a rule a broke.i didn't know why but I kept my head high.

" okay ,this is your desk and them the ceo would be calling you anytime soon for your introduction along the new employees " Katherine said; my colleague as I heared the manager call her earlier.

ok thank you_ I replied

few minutes later , a man in a black suite,approached me and told me that I am being called upon by the company for formal introduction. his face looked familiar but I didn't know where but I have seen this face before.

I followed him to the ceo' s office since I didn't know my way around the company.

"Sir the new employees are here ,shall they come in" the man in suite told the ceo.

we were eight new employees of the Company.we went in to the ceos office.

I was shocked at what I saw,my Prince charming is actually the ceo.

" you can go ahead and introduce yourselves " the ceo said to us pointing towards a young lady from the nd side.

" okay my name is Elena kaduth, one of the new employee said to the ceo while flirting.

what with her expression you did know she is making gestures towards him. what a lunatic a thought. she is clearly not here foe the job but to seduce the ceo.

but who am I then? I was deep In thoughts to the point that I didn't know when my turn

reached .

" and you ,young lady "

ye.. s,I said almost stammering, i am sorry sir,my name is Rose malthus.

"Alright since everyone has introduced themselves, I guess I need to do so as well. my name is Simon Brown,but you can call me Mr brown, i am the ceo of this company. and this man over here ; he said while pointing at the man on suit ,is my assistant, Thomson. I hope you enjoy your stay and work harder foe the growth of this company.

"yes sir - we all chorused.

we went back to our different department,; I worked in the development department which was on the same floor with the ceo office so it was not a big deal for me to get to my desk.

I never imagined for my Prince charming to be the ceo ,but he is really handsome. I said with a smile and in facial expression of an imagination.

pov: Mr brown

the new employees seems hard working. but who was that girl,mmmm..Elena ? I asked Thomas. " sir ,she works in the Accounting department, she has a good resume so I employed her per your order sir"

ok ,no problemkeep a close watch on them and make sure they performtheir daily task.

ok sir" .

pov: rose

I can't wait to tell Amy about today. and also grab some stuffs at the boutique.

" hi miss malthus, how may I help you,Amy said to me as I entered the boutique .

I want to buy everything in your boutique, calculate the price and send to my bestie she is capable,I said jokingly

we both laughed.

" so girl come and gist me on your first day,how did it go" - Amy asked me as she held my hand to the couch in her office.

Well a lot of things happened today ,I said why stroling my hair at the corner of my right ear.

" so give me the gist" Amy said with much curiosity

ok,I have a large working desk and met with my new colleagues ,but that is not important.

I met this man earlier at the interview he is really hot,tall handsome and much more,but I had no ide he was the ceo .

OMG, don't tell me is a love at first sight." Amy said to me putting out a laughter.

yes ,but that is not the issue,there is another new girl who was making advances at him too,Elena.

ok ,is that her name"

yeah,but the bigger issue Is ,Mr brown didn't even twinkle at the girls display....he looks like he is too hard to get. I said to Amy why facing away with a sigh.

o"k ,miss malthus, first no man is hard to get,trust me,I am more experienced in this .I have dated men who on the outside seems cold but , falls deeply by some tricks. All you need baby girl is to sharpen up and make your own advances,play your game ,you want it ,you get it." Amy said ,as if she was doing a lecture.this was the first time she was being this serious

Okay,but I have a little favour to ask.

" what is it"

can you borrow me those your tight gowns and make up.

what! rose ,you want to dress se* xy.ohmy God this is the first time you are asking me for this kind of favour after soo many years."

are you giving me the clothes or should I buy on credit from your boutique,

no,no,no ..you are not buying on credit from my store." I will give you the clothes,but you gotta sleep over at my place tonight ,for me to see you go to work tomorrow in those gowns.

I knew Amy wouldn't agree on that,she says ; credit will put me into bankruptcy"

I waited for Amy to close up,so that we could go to her place together.

NEXT MORNING

"Alright Miss malthus wake up let me do your make up before I prepare for work" a voice said while patting my back.

ok Amy ,am already awake.i said while trying to stand from the bed.i went straight to the bathroom to take a shower before I get dressed for work.

Amy did my make up,chose her short tight black gown for me to wear,she is pro in these stuffs,so I quickly run to her whenever I need help with stuffs like this.

alright don't forget to get the man " Amy teased.

sure am running late for work see you in the evening.

at the office, I searched for an opportunity to see Mr brown but those my colleagues didn't send me on errands to the ceo' office rather they sent others.

what do you have me do, I did other tasks and waited till I get a chance.

Rose! Mrs Alberth ,called me.

" yes ma"

please help me send these files to Mr brown's office,tell him to sign them ,they are for the new sight development and bring them back" she instructed.

ok ma.

I asked Katherine, my colleague to direct me to the restroom for I needed to pee before I do the errands.

poor Katherine fell for my pity display and showed me the way to the restroom.

I took out my pink lipstick 💄 from the small purse I was holding.i applied it ,dressed my gown.i pulled the gowns downward so that the roof of my burst to be visible .yh this is it.i thought.

I went to my desk took those files and headed straight to the CEO'S office.

knock..knock.knock...

" who is there?a voice came from inside the office.

is Rose malthus from development department _I replied

"you can come in"

I walked into his office,he looked at me and asked what i was there for.

,..sir this ate the files Mrs Alberth asked me to bring to you ,she said is for the new site

development.

" ok hand them over come back in fifteen minutes to collect tit.

ok sir.

is so strange, he didn't even look at me for five seconds.is it that my balls are small or what.?

I went to myndesk and waited for the fifteen minutes to return back to his office.

pov: Mr brown

why would she be wearing tight fitted dresses at work.doesbt she know that her dress is too short and exposing .thank Goodness I resisted myself from watching that figure for some seconds.even if tight clothes are to be worn ,it should not be girls that are curvy like her. when she comes

back to take the documents I would talk to her about her clothes. or maybe not ...that

might be embarrassing for me.

pov; Rose

After fifteen minutes ,I went to Mt brown office to collect the files.i hoped this time he would stare at me for a while atleast ,if he complements my dress,am fine with it.

it will be an encouragement.

yes ,come in" a voice replied after a short knock.

sir I am here to take the files.

okay ,here it is."

okaysir, thank you.

I turned my back to leave ,but hoping he did call me back.

unfortunately he did not.

but my legs didn't want to leave

i gave mrs Alberththe files and returned back to my desk.

"rose,you look different, this wasn't how your dress was looking while you went to the b

restroom." Katherine said to me looking all curious.

yh, I was feeling hot soo I pulled it down alittle but forgot to pull it up when I got out

of the restroom.

" okay,i just asked.

yh ,thanks for asking.

After ,my work ,I went to Amy's house ,since I did be sleeping there for the night.

"how was your day", ?Amy asked as she brought out yoghurt from the fridge.

it was not that good,.

could you imagine, he didn't even look at me for five sevonds with all these my makeup and dressing.

Alright don't think about it too much ,is just a day try, better days ahead" Amy said why patting my back .

alright what is for dinner,I said with a cheer.

" nothing I just bought noodles and yoghurt.

go make your own noodles."

no problem I will,but remember this ,you made your own but didn't make mine your turn is coming.i said while heading to the kitchen to make dinner for myself.
