I watched him enter the castle like nothing happened, like he never just held me down to the point of death or accused me again. I knew he was cold and was not interested in me but tonight was taken too far.
"Hayley," Sonia spoke, moving towards me.
I flinched away from her, shaking my head and crossing my arms. Knowing I was not going to hold the tears in again any much longer, I ran off to my room at wolf's speed.
Shutting the door, I threw myself on my bed and broke into tears. Things had never seemed right since the day I was born, I lost my only brother, then I lost my right as a sister and daughter, and I lost my powers and now my mate wants me gone or dead. It was unfair, if I were strong, at least physically maybe I would've had more respect than this.
